For the past several years I’ve been taking a group of artists out to Eatons’ Ranch in Wyoming, where we photograph and set up a studio to paint for the week. I love white horses and I asked the head wrangler, Nate, if he’d take a white horse into the ring for us to photograph. The horses real name is Rabbit (I think named by his 3-year old daughter), but I thought Forté was a better fitting name for him.
