I knew I wanted to get some images of horses, so I asked my dog’s veterinary if I could photograph her horses. I’ll be honest, I had no idea what I was doing, but one sunny March day we drove down to her barn and played with her horses. It was magical. The snow was flying, and I was spinning in the middle of the corral as Ferrous and Altan circled past me. And then as we were finishing Ferrous ran right towards me. The image came alive for me when I painted it. To this day it’s still my all-time favorite. I guess you never forget your first.

Prints are mailed in a durable cardboard tube. They are stored flat until shipping and then rolled with paper to protect the surface of the print.

Prints will need to be flattened and may take a few days to “relax” depending on humidity and time they spent rolled up. When removing the print, handle prints by the edges. All prints include a border around the image to allow for easier handling, matting, and framing.
